Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are never stored on Tezeon servers. All connections are SSL encrypted.
Are there any extra charges for paying with Mobile Money?
No. Tezeon does not charge any extra fees for Mobile Money payments. Standard network charges from your provider may apply.
What do I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check your mobile money balance or card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team at hello@tezeon.com or call +233 20 922 4795.
Can I pay on delivery for all orders?
Cash on delivery is available for orders under GHS 2,000 in Accra, Kumasi and selected areas. Some products may not be eligible for COD.
How long does payment verification take?
Mobile Money and card payments are verified instantly. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and email immediately after successful payment.
